Time Warner Cable Arena offers guests several convenient ways to purchase tickets to arena events: online, by phone, at the arena’s on-site box office, or at Ticketmaster outlets.

Time Warner Cable Arena Box Office
Time Warner Cable Arena box office is located on the Club Concourse level in the lobby, between the Trade Street and Fifth Street entrances. Time Warner Cable Arena Box Office hours are 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday; closed Saturday and Sunday.
On event and game days, the Box Office is open 3 hours prior events and Checkers games and 5 hours prior to Bobcats games.
**The arena box office will have special hours of operation over the holiday weekend. The box office will open at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, December 31. The box office will be closed on Sunday, January 1 and Monday, January 2. Normal box office hours will resume on Tuesday, January 3.
Ticket Kiosks
Self-service kiosks are located on the Trade Street side of the arena and at the 5th Street exterior Box Office. These kiosks are operational daily from 5 a.m. to midnight for ticket sales and will call pick-up.
Ticketmaster Outlets
Tickets are available at all Ticketmaster outlets.
