Time Warner Cable Arena offers easy purchasing of event tickets here or at Ticketmaster.com, including a “TicketFast” option, a quick and convenient way for you to print your tickets right from your computer.

Time Warner Cable Arena Box Office
Time Warner Cable Arena box office is located on the Club Concourse level in the lobby, between the Trade Street and Fifth Street entrances. Time Warner Cable Arena Box Office hours are 10:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday; closed Saturday and Sunday.
On event and game days, the Box Office is open 3 hours prior events and Checkers games and 5 hours prior to Bobcats games.
Ticket Kiosks
Self-service kiosks are located on the Trade Street side of the arena and at the 5th Street exterior Box Office. These kiosks are operational daily from 5 a.m. to midnight for ticket sales and will call pick-up.
Ticketmaster Outlets
Tickets are available at all Ticketmaster outlets.
