Time Warner Cable Arena box office is located on the Club Concourse level in the lobby, between the Trade Street and Fifth Street entrances. Time Warner Cable Arena Box Office hours are 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday; 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Saturday; and closed Sunday.
